YDCCC - Dales Trail - Sunday 22nd June

This year we were pleased to be raising funds for
the Friends of the Friarage Eye
Appeal. This appeal’s mission was to bring vitreo-retinal eye surgery treatment to
the Friarage Hospital in
Northallerton. This will save many people from travelling
much further to the James Cook Hospital in
Middlesbrough.
The event was based at
the wonderful location of Bolton Castle near Leyburn in
Wensleydale. 61 cars enjoyed a 100
mile through the glorious scenery of the Dales,
despite a few showers and a very
gusty wind, which destroyed our marquee!
As a result of this event and
other fundraising activities in the run-up to it, we were
delighted to be able to present a
cheque for £3,000 to the Appeal.

Trail 2026 will be held on Sunday 14th June,
again based at Bolton Castle. More details will be
